Research materials on agricultural labor organizations, including the United Farm Workers (UFW), the United Cannery, Agricultural, Packing and Allied Workers of America (UCAPAWA); and the Cannery and Agricultural Workers International Union (CAWIU). Other research files relate to the Associated Farmers, tenant farmers, and the farming industry. In addition, the collection contains mailings and newsletters from various farm-labor related organizations, such as the National Farm Worker Ministry; correspondence, ephemera, and manuscripts relating to conferences and publications; and oral history interview synopses and transcripts. Other highlights include a box of photos documenting farm workers from an exhibit in the mid-1970s.
