Includes interview notes with Sal Rosselli, former President of the UHW and head of the newly formed National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW); legal documents and emails detailing the election process; trusteeship hearings, reports, post-hearing reply briefs and transcripts of proceedings; SEIU's civil trial against NUHW; interview notes with Paul Kumar and John Borsos; exit interview questionnaires from former SEIU members; and numerous emails and articles by union members and leaders, with arguments both for and against the trusteeship.
