Includes correspondence to invited guests and speakers, minutes, materials related to conference planning, and a book by Ernest Lowe containing photographs of the event. Speakers included William O'Rear, Larry Itliong, Russell Curtis, Hector Abeytia, and Father Thomas McCullough.
