Scope and Contents
Volume 2 contains color and black and white slides of Lamont-Arvin strike; women farmworkers march; Cesar Chavez in Coachella, picketing, in jail, and at Franciscan Communications Center; Schenley labor camp; strike violence, No on Proposition 22 television spots; La Paz (UFW headquarters); filipino retirement community Agbayani Village; portrait of Sebastian Sahugan, Arizona; children in fields, Dolores Huerta, Chris Hartmire, Dorothy Day, and unidentified. Includes many slides by Rick Tejada-Flores, including Del Mar labor camp and pesticide spraying in 1980, and one slide of boys in tractor credited to Ernest Lowe. Also includes photos taken in earlier decades by uncredited photographers.
