This series contains union by-laws and work rules. In addition are two files relating to sex and race discrimination suits brought against the hotels, restaurants, and the unions between 1979 and 1984. These cases involve discrimination against Black and Asian-American bartenders and female restaurant employees. There is also a file from a 1939 jurisdictional dispute between Locals 200 and 283.
