Content Description
Audio cassettes featuring interviews of Harry Bridges, members of the Bridges family, and dozens of organizers active in the labor and Communist movements in twentieth-century California and other western states. Also includes event recordings from conferences and commemorative events, as well as other recordings related to the ILWU and Harry Bridges gathered by Cherny in the course of his research.
Partial and complete transcripts of selected interviews can be found in this subseries, as well as in the "Party Members" subseries of the "San Francisco Reds" series.
