The records consist of the meeting minutes of the American Federation of Musicians, Local 6 (San Francisco, Calif.) and other locals, including: Local 346 (Santa Cruz, Calif.) 1911-1928; Local 367 (Vallejo, Calif.), 1908-1993; Local 510 (San Leandro, Calif.)1909-1954; Local 616 (Monterey, Calif.), 1989-1994. They also contain a record book of the Musicians Club of San Francisco, including minutes of the preliminary meeting of organizers, the articles of incorporation, the consent and minutes of first meeting and subsequent meetings from 1933-1954.
