Scope and Contents
This series holds special trust agreements to supplement the retiring officers’ industry pensions; resolutions on emeritus status, “good wishes” letters, honors, and newspaper clippings on the retirement of HRB, Louis Goldblatt and William H. Chester. Materials on HRB’s activities after retirement are in Sub-Series 1 and 2.
Sub-Series 1 - General Correspondence: personal letters to and from HRB organized chronologically, 1977 - 1990
Sub-Series 2 - Subject Files: documents HRB’s activities during 13 years of retirement: organizational ties with peace organization, senior groups as well as his travels.
