This series contains mostly printed materials of various campaigns for welfare reform and rights in the 1990s. Tim was involved in many of these campaigns and attended many events, especially those sponsored by SEIU and AFSCME. Also included are welfare reform articles from the 1960s pertaining to inner city youth and welfare; issues that Tim was involved in early in his career. There are also articles from the 1990s concerning livable wages and creating jobs.
