Includes photographic prints, slides, audiocassette tapes, videocassette tapes, DVDs, CDs, and digital files. Most audio and video recordings relate to Longmore's telethon research, the SFSU Institute on Disability's projects, or disability studies programs. Also includes 11 video recordings of Longmore's interviews, lectures, and speeches.

Collection is open for research. Access restrictions are placed on material with privacy issues for a specific time period from the date of creation. Access to personal correspondence from third parties is restricted for 20 years from the date of creation or until the death of the author, whichever occurs first, and will be further reviewed at that time.
